2. Services & Performance Framework
Cosmonix Media specializes in direct-response media buying, funnel architecture, and creative production.
- All campaign strategies, media optimization loops, and creative assets are executed based on professional analysis and historical data benchmarks.
- While we engineer campaigns for maximum profitability and scale, specific financial returns or revenue figures cannot be strictly guaranteed unless explicitly outlined in a custom signed retainer agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities & Account Access
To ensure effective campaign execution and timely scaling, clients agree to:
- Provide necessary ad account access, platform permissions, and brand assets in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all products, services, and offers promoted comply with applicable advertising policies and local laws.
- Maintain open communication channels via WhatsApp or scheduled strategic reviews.
4. Intellectual Property & Creative Assets
All proprietary frameworks, ad copy templates, strategic funnel architecture, and un-acquired creative concepts developed by Cosmonix Media remain our intellectual property until full compensation under a designated project or retainer agreement is fulfilled.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cosmonix Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including platform ad account bans, third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok), or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use our services.
